I authorise Ga Le Boe Fela Financial Service Centre (Pty) Ltd t/a Hil Fin Solutions to obtain and use my credit information to assess my credit application and my ability to meet the proposed credit agreement obligations. I consent to enquiries with a registered credit bureau and to obtaining my credit profile, credit history, existing credit agreements, payment history, outstanding obligations and other information reasonably required by law. I authorise Hil Fin Solutions, where reasonably necessary, to verify my identity and contact information; employment and income information; bank statements and proof of income; existing credit obligations; residential information; and other information supplied with my application. I confirm that my information and documents are true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I consent to Hil Fin Solutions collecting, recording, organising, storing, using and otherwise processing my personal information where necessary to assess my application; conduct affordability and creditworthiness assessments; verify information; administer any credit agreement; maintain legitimate business and regulatory records; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. I understand that this information must be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection and credit legislation.
